在业务连续性管理(BCM)体系框架基础上提出从六个阶段来实现在机务维修系统风险管理中的具体应用。以东方航空公司风险管理为例,首先,确定项目的负责人;利用反映机务维修系统安全状况的定量数据建立风险评估指标体系;在Netica软件中构建基于贝叶斯网络(BN)的风险评估模型;其次,在评估结果基础上根据业务影响分析的结果给出了BCM响应的流程,即风险管理的策略;通过演练维护和评审证明BCM计划的有效性,最后,提出将BCM融入航空公司的日常管理的文化中,为航空公司机务维修系统的风险管理工作提供了实际应用价值。
Based on the framework of Business Continuity Management (BCM), this paper proposes the concrete application of risk management in maintenance system from six stages. Taking Eastern Airlines risk management as an example, firstly, the person in charge of the project is identified; a risk assessment index system is established by using quantitative data reflecting the security status of the maintenance system; and a risk assessment model based on Bayesian Network (BN) is constructed in Netica software Secondly, based on the assessment results, the process of BCM response is given based on the results of business impact analysis, that is, the strategy of risk management. The effectiveness of BCM plan is proved through drill maintenance and assessment. Finally, BCM is proposed to be integrated into airline daily The management culture provides practical application value for the risk management of airline maintenance system.
