本文运用文献研究法、调查法、描述性研究法及逻辑分析法对体育产业经营管理人才现状进行分析和思考认为:现阶段我国体育产业经营管理人员知识结构单一,业务素质差,与学者和需求方对人才理想化的规格要求存在差距,市场需要的复合型高质量人才匮乏。在人才培养中存在培养层次不清晰、培养模式比较单一、培养目标不明确、课程设置不同、师资力量不乐观等现象。笔者把出现的问题主要归结为现阶段培养现状的不理想与体育产业高规格人才需求之间产生的供需矛盾,并提出通过培养方应确立以市场为导向的人才观,需求方应树立培养人的人才观;调研市场需求,建立顺畅的人才交流渠道和平台;优化生源;延长修业年限;重视课程的实践性来解决这一矛盾。
In this paper, we analyze and think about the status quo of sports industry management personnel using literature research method, investigation method, descriptive research method and logical analysis method. We think that the current knowledge structure of sports industry management personnel in our country is single, the professional quality is poor, and scholars and needs There is a gap between the requirements of the idealized personnel on the specifications and the lack of compound high-quality personnel required by the market. In the training of talents, there are some problems such as unclear training level, simple training mode, unclear training objectives, different curriculum setup, and poor teachers’ ability. The author attributed the problems to the contradiction between supply and demand of the current situation and the demand of high-standard talents in the sports industry and proposed that the market-oriented view of talent should be established through training. Of talent; research market demand, establish a smooth talent exchange channels and platforms; optimize the students; to extend the duration of study; pay attention to the practicality of the curriculum to solve this contradiction.
