生理情况下,人体电解质浓度总是保持相对的稳定和平衡。正常血钾度为3.5~5.5 mmol/L,当血钾浓度超过5.5 mmol/L时,称为高血钾。当血钾过高时,因影响神经-肌肉复极过程,可有疲乏无力、四肢松弛性瘫痪,严重时呼吸肌麻痹、嗜睡等症状。因而高钾血症导致肌无力成为电生理学上一个经典案例。本文就这一病例的具体发生机制作一探讨。
