以密度指数及叮人率为指标,通过连续十五年来的纵向观察,指出农田作物品种的更迭,对三带喙库蚊种群数量的变动有重要影响。当地恢复种植旱作物,该蚊失去水稻田这个主要孳生地之后,其密度指数逐渐下降至不足危害的水平(密度由17.33只降至0.27只/日落后两小时),叮人率亦相应减低(8.00降至0.33/人/夜)。相反,种植水稻面积增加,将导致该蚊密度的大幅度上升(409.80%)。
Based on the density index and breeder rate, the longitudinal observation of 15 consecutive years indicates that the change of crop varieties in cropland has an important influence on the population change of Culex. After the restoration of dry crops in the area, the density index of the mosquito gradually dropped to an insignificant level (the density decreased from only 17.33 to 0.27 / two hours after sunset) after losing the main habitat of paddy fields and the bite rate was also correspondingly reduced (8.00 to 0.33 / person / night). In contrast, the increased area planted to rice would result in a significant increase in mosquito density (409.80%).
