超常传导是临床心电图中较少见的一种改变类型。这种超常传导的改变机理可以解释一些因心脏节律发生紊乱而导致的一种较为复杂而特殊的,又是用其它心律失常的机理难以解释的心电图变异。超常传导发生在传导受抑制的心脏。对预期理应受阻的冲动发生意外的下传;预期应传导延缓的冲动发生快速的传导。这种改变机理及临床意义与一个室上性冲动由于发生较早而发生的房室交界区的干扰及室内差异性传导现象有着本质上的区别。前者的出现是心脏具有病变的征象;而后者的发生则属于心脏正常的生理性“保护”机能。
Unconventional conduction is a less common type of change in clinical electrocardiograms. This mechanism of abnormal transmission may explain some of the more complex and specific cardiac arrhythmias that result from disturbances of the heart rhythm, and are difficult to explain by other mechanisms of arrhythmia. Abnormal conduction occurs in the conduction-suppressed heart. The unexpected impulse that should be blocked should be unexpectedly transmitted; the impulse that is supposed to be transmitted should be promptly transmitted. This mechanism of change and clinical significance and a supraventricular impulses due to the occurrence of anomalies occurred at the junction of the atrioventricular intercourse and indoor differential transmission of the phenomenon is essentially different. The former is the appearance of the heart with lesions; the latter belongs to the normal physiological physiological “protection” function of the heart.
