强骨珍是一种针对原发性骨质疏松症的功能性食品。实验采用10只Wistar大鼠,将其分成4组,用低钙饲料、肌注地塞米松制成骨质疏松模型,用强骨珍加以治疗。实验5周后将动物处死,分别测定各组动物的股骨干重、灰重、股骨中Ca、矿物质含量,心肌脂褐质含量血清、肝脏中LPO值。此外,还进行了强骨珍的动物体外试验。实验结果表明:强骨珍能有效地提高骨干重、灰重、Ca含量、矿物含量和骨密度,能抑制肝脏LPO形成,降低心肌脂褐质含量,且能改善下丘脑一垂体一性腺轴功能。
Strong bone Jane is a functional food for primary osteoporosis. Ten Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups. They were treated with low-calcium diet and intramuscular injection of dexamethasone to make osteoporosis model. Five weeks after the experiment, the animals were sacrificed and the femoral shaft weight, gray weight, Ca, mineral content, lipofuscin content in the femur and LPO in the liver were measured. In addition, a strong animal experiments in vitro. The experimental results show that Qiangguizhen can effectively increase the weight, weight, calcium content, mineral content and bone mineral density, inhibit the formation of hepatic LPO, decrease the content of lipofuscin in the liver and improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis .
