为了实现飞机钣金零件制造指令的快速化、规范化设计,提出了基于知识的指令设计方法;在分析制造指令设计内容的基础上,提出了制造指令设计知识分类模型;建立了包含检索、重用、修订和存储的制造指令设计推理模型;开发了基于Web的制造指令智能设计系统,给出了运行实例,分析表明该系统实现了钣金零件制造指令设计知识的重用和动态积累,缩短了指令设计的周期,提高了指令设计的质量。
