Thermal infrared image sensors currently on the market are mostly pyroelectric and pyroelectric. These thermal infrared image sensors use their thermal components to absorb the infrared radiation from the target and then detect the temperature rise of the thermal components based on changes in resistance and capacitance. Therefore, the struts used to support the thermal components have a characteristic that the cross section is small and the length is long. However, when the support legs are relatively long, the absorbed infrared radiation is converted into heat, which reduces the area of the temperature-sensitive component for converting heat into electrical signals. Therefore, one needs to consider the length of the support leg and the area of the thermosensitive element.
