以4-溴-1,8-萘甲酸酐、水合肼、4-(2-氨乙基)吗啉和水杨醛作为原料,合成了一种1,8-萘二酰胺的新型荧光探针(L),并通过1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR等分析手段对其结构和组成进行表征.研究发现L对Cu2+具有荧光识别作用且受其它离子干扰小的优势.探针L的荧光强度与Cu2+浓度(2.0 ~ 9.0 μmol/L)呈较好的线性关系,检出限为47 nmol/L.将其对河水样品和药品进行Cu2+加标回收实验,回收率均大于92.0%,RSD小于2.0%,探针L能够应用于这些样品中微量Cu2+的测定.“,”A new 1,8-naphthalenediamide derivative L was synthesized by the condensation reaction from 4-bromo-1,8-naphthalimide,hydrazine hydrate and 4-(2-aminoethyl)morpholine and salicylaldehyde,and its structure was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,IR and HRMS-ESI spectra.The results showed that the probe L displayed high sensitivity toward Cu2+,while other ions exerted no interfere on its recognition.The fluorescence intensity of L showed a good linear relationship with Cu2 + concentration from 2.0 to 9.0 μmol/L,and the detection limit is 47 nmol/L.Moreover,L has been applied to the determination of Cu2+ in the actual water samples and drug sample.The result showed that the standard recoveries were more than 92.0% and the RSD values were within 2.0%,which further demonstrated that L is applicable for the quantitative determination of trace Cu2+ in real samples.
