本文报告用改良邻甲苯胺法对583例初生七天内正常新生儿进行了706人次毛细血管全血血糖测定。同时测定26对脐血与母血血糖水平,脐血与母血呈正相关。本组测得4～6小时血糖少数低于30毫克％。为提高生后4～6小时血糖水平,避免颅脑损伤,指出可将开始喂糖水时间提前到生后4小时。
This article reports the use of improved o-toluidine method in 583 cases of newborns within seven days of primary capillary 706 blood glucose levels were measured. Simultaneous determination of 26 pairs of cord blood and maternal blood glucose levels, cord blood and maternal blood were positively correlated. This group measured 4 to 6 hours less than 30 mg of blood sugar few. In order to improve the blood sugar level of 4 to 6 hours after birth and avoid the brain injury, it is indicated that the time to start feeding the sugar water can be advanced to 4 hours after birth.
