目的了解广州市大学生自杀意念出现率及获得社会支持状况。方法整群随机取样,使用社会支持评定量表和贝克绝望量表对广州市5所高校的413名大学生进行调查。结果①12.6%的大学生有自杀意念;②社会支持与自杀意念显著相关;③女生的社会支持总分,客观支持和支持利用度显著高于男生;④农村大学生主观支持显著高于来自城镇大学生;⑤非独生子女在支持总分和主观支持显著高于独生子女;⑥主观支持方面,人均月家庭收入500元及以下显著高于1500～2500元以及2500元以上大学生得分。结论有针对性增加社会支持防止自杀行为的发生。
Objective To understand the incidence of suicidal ideation among college students in Guangzhou and their social support status. Methods A total of 413 college students from 5 universities in Guangzhou were investigated by cluster sampling, using social support rating scale and Baker ’s desperation scale. Results ① 12.6% of college students had suicidal ideation; ② social support was significantly related to suicidal ideation; ③ female students ’total social support score, objective support and support utilization were significantly higher than boys; ④ rural college students’ subjective support was significantly higher than that of urban college students ; ⑤ Non-only child support score and subjective support were significantly higher than the only child; ⑥ subjective support, per capita monthly family income of 500 yuan and below were significantly higher than 1500 ~ 2500 yuan and 2500 yuan college students score. Conclusions Targeted increase social support to prevent suicide.
