目的 通过研究皮肤肿瘤中c -myc、bc1- 2蛋白与细胞凋亡的表达 ,探讨其在皮肤组织恶性转化进程中的临床病理意义。方法 采用三羟基末端标记法 (TUNEL)和免疫组化 (SABC)技术原位观察 80例皮肤癌中细胞凋亡与c -myc ,bcl- 2蛋白的表达 ,以 10例正常组织作对照。结果 c -myc蛋白在皮肤癌中阳性率为6 2 5 %,高于正常组织 (P <0 0 5 ) ;bcl- 2蛋白在皮肤癌中阳性率分别为 38 8%,低于正常组织 (P <0 0 5 ) ;细胞凋亡广泛存在于皮肤鳞癌中和正常组织中 ,皮肤鳞癌中细胞凋亡明显高于正常组织 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 皮肤鳞癌中c -myc可能有促进细胞凋亡的作用 ,bc1- 2可能有抑制细胞凋亡的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological significance of c-myc, bcl-2 protein and apoptosis in skin tumors and to explore its role in the process of malignant transformation of skin tissues. Methods TUNEL and immunohistochemistry (SABC) were used to observe the expression of c-myc and bcl-2 protein in 80 cases of skin cancer in situ. Ten normal tissues were used as control. Results The positive rate of c-myc in skin cancer was 62.5%, higher than that in normal tissues (P <0.05). The positive rates of bcl-2 protein in skin cancer were 38.8%, lower than those in normal tissues P <0.05). Apoptosis was widely found in squamous cell carcinoma of the skin and in normal tissues. The apoptosis in squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion c-myc in squamous cell carcinoma of the skin may promote cell apoptosis, bc1-2 may have the effect of inhibiting apoptosis.
