提要在透射电镜下对CrWMn和9SiCr钢中的碳化物在恒温超塑变形过程中发生的组织变化进行了大量的观察和定量分析.发现与单纯温度作用小的长大相比,碳化物的长大速度明显加快、并能长大到更大的尺寸;稳定性较好的碳化物在超塑变形过程中稳定性也较好,因而有利于稳定钢的超细晶粒组织而提高其超塑性能.
Abstract The microstructures of CrWMn and 9SiCr steel during constant temperature superplastic deformation were observed and quantitatively analyzed by TEM.The results showed that the growth of carbides Large speed significantly accelerated and can grow to larger size; better stability of the carbide during the superplastic deformation process is also better, which is conducive to stabilizing the ultra-fine grain of steel and improve its super-plastic performance.
