皮脂溢出和脂溢性皮炎是常见的皮肤病,通常见于头部,伴有不同程度的瘙痒和头皮屑(江苏科学技术出版社:临床皮肤病学,页690,1981年)。国内有效药物很少。硫化硒及其洗剂在USP 20版和BP 1980年版均有收载。是国外常用主治本病的药物。2.5％硫化硒洗剂,国外已使用34年,安全有效,据报道疗效可达95％,且有抗真菌作用(新药与临床1984,(1):11)。我们在实验室用简易方法制备硫化硒,价格比较便宜,自配制剂经本所临床试用,疗效显著。
Seborrhea and seborrheic dermatitis are common skin diseases commonly found in the head with varying degrees of itching and dandruff (Jiangsu Science and Technology Press: Clinical Dermatology, p. 690, 1981). There are few domestic effective drugs. Selenium sulfide and its lotion are included in both the USP 20 and BP 1980 versions. It is commonly used in foreign countries to treat this disease. 2.5% selenium sulfide lotion abroad has been used for 34 years, safe and effective, reported efficacy of up to 95%, and anti-fungal effect (new drugs and clinical 1984, (1): 11). We are in the laboratory with a simple method of preparation of selenium sulfide, the price is cheaper, since the preparation of clinical trial by the Institute, a significant effect.
