以白云石和工业三氧化二铝为原料,采用反应烧结技术制得了含镁铝尖晶石的铝酸盐水泥,探讨了原料及烧结温度和添加剂对含镁铝尖晶石的铝酸盐水泥性能的影响,XRD结果表明产物的物相组成为MA,CA,CA2;采用扫描电镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)对产物的显微结构进行了观察与分析。结果表明:以轻烧白云石和工业Al2O3为原料制得的水泥具有较高的结合强度;所制得的含镁铝尖晶石的铝酸盐水泥的显微结构较为均匀,外加剂CaCl2具有明显的早强效果。
Taking dolomite and industrial alumina as raw materials, aluminate cement containing magnesia-alumina spinel was prepared by reaction sintering technology. The effects of raw materials, sintering temperature and additives on the performance of aluminate cement with spinel containing magnesium XRD results show that the product phase composition of MA, CA, CA2; the use of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) were observed and analyzed the microstructure of the product. The results show that cement with light-burned dolomite and industrial Al2O3 as raw materials has higher bonding strength. The microstructure of aluminate cement with Mg-Al-spinel is more uniform and the additive CaCl2 has obvious Early strength effect.
