采用程序升温试验装置,通过模拟煤炭低温氧化自燃过程的升温条件和环境,利用黄岩汇矿煤样在不同CO2浓度条件下进行程序升温试验,研究了不同浓度CO2对煤低温氧化(160℃以下)过程的影响规律。结果表明:温度160℃条件下,CO2浓度和温度对煤自燃惰化性能影响较大;温度100℃以上时,CO2对煤的惰化作用得到明显体现;体积分数50%以上CO2对煤氧复合惰化作用较明显。
The program of temperature increase test was used to simulate the temperature rising conditions and environment of spontaneous combustion process of coal under low temperature oxidation. The temperature of coal sample was changed under different CO2 concentrations in Huangyan Mine to study the effects of different concentrations of CO2 on low temperature oxidation of coal (below 160 ℃) The impact of the process of law. The results showed that under the temperature of 160 ℃, the CO2 concentration and temperature had a significant influence on the spontaneous combustion of coal; when the temperature was above 100 ℃, the inerting effect of CO2 on coal was obvious. Above 50% Inerting effect is more obvious.
