磁控旋转电弧焊具有节电、省材、生产效率高、成型美观等优点。因此,近年来国外在管道工程、汽车制造等部门正在逐渐采用这项新工艺。我们曾用这种工艺焊接了儿种小直径的低碳钢管(已在本刊1982年第5期报道过)。现在又对异种材质的钢管迸行试验研究.井试生产了汽车用的S141扭力管轴,取得了满意的结果。一、钢管的规格和材料进行旋弧焊工艺试验所用的材质为45钢和40MnB钢。钢管的直径为44毫米,壁厚3.5毫米。其化学成分见表1。
Magnetron rotary arc welding with energy-saving, saving, high production efficiency, beautiful appearance and so on. Therefore, in recent years foreign countries in the pipeline engineering, automobile manufacturing and other departments are gradually adopting this new technology. We used this process to weld a variety of small diameter mild steel tubes (reported in Issue 5, 1982). Now we are experimenting with different kinds of steel pipes, and we have successfully produced the S141 torsion tube shaft for automobiles and have achieved satisfactory results. First, the specifications and materials of steel Arc welding process used in the test material 45 and 40MnB steel. Steel pipe diameter of 44 mm, wall thickness of 3.5 mm. The chemical composition shown in Table 1.
