乙二醛缩双(2-羟基苯胺)(简称GBHA)为光度测钙的灵敏显色剂,但在碱性水溶液中极不稳定。我们发现甘油能增强Ca-GBHA的稳定性;在碱性液中,作为掩蔽剂的水杨酸盐的存在,可使滴钙终点突跃明显.由此,确立连续滴定钙和镁的方法——在pH约13的NaOH-Na_2B_4O_7缓冲液中,以GBHA为指示剂,EGTA滴钙:然后在pH约11氨性液中,以甲基百里酚蓝(简称MTB)作指示剂,以CDTA滴定镁。
