This study aimed to investigate the therapeutic effect of normal or hypoxic preconditioning induced pluripotent stem cells (iP SC) on type 1 diabetic mice (T1DM) on the surface of pancreas. The model of type 1 diabetes in mice was established by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ). The 8-week-old C57 male normal mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: PBS group, iP SC group, STZ (streptozotocin injection) group, STZ + iP SC group and STZ + hpc-iP SC Models were given hypoxic preconditioning iP SC) group, 10 rats in each group.
