本文报告天津市第一中心医院眼科4年来临床应用中药昆布制成药水及VB_1、VB_2、VC三种维生素配成药水,二者每日各滴2次,治疗老年性白内障取得初步疗效,观察了能坚持随访的100例199只眼,其中治疗后视力改善者占62.3％,无变化者占21.1％,视力减退者占16.6％。其中治疗前视力在0.2以上者疗效较好,故认为该病宜尽早确诊,最好在视力尚未减退到0.1时治疗。本文统计本组病例疗效较日本眼科临床医报所报道酸钾的疗效更为明显。本组系统观察病例仅占治疗数10％,故本文所见仅属初步结论。
