目的分析脉动真空压力蒸汽灭菌湿包原因,提出预防措施,减少湿包发生。方法采用《消毒技术规范》湿包评判标准,对1578锅次94865个灭菌包进行观察分析。结果有192个湿包产生,湿包率0.203%,其中错误装载占58.3%,设备故障、蒸气质量差、物品准备不当占41.7%。结论提高消毒员业务素质,规范操作,提供高质量蒸汽,保持灭菌器正常运转状态,正确准备物品,可有效减少湿包发生率。
Objective To analyze the causes of wet packs by pulsating vacuum pressure steam and propose preventive measures to reduce the occurrence of wet packs. Methods According to the standard of wet sterilization in “Technical Specifications of Disinfection”, 94865 sterilization packets in 1578 pots were observed and analyzed. As a result, 192 wet packs were produced, with a wet pack rate of 0.203%, of which 58.3% were incorrectly loaded. Equipment failure, poor vapor quality and improper item preparation accounted for 41.7%. Conclusion Improving the operational quality of disinfection workers, standardizing operation, providing high quality steam, maintaining the normal operation of the sterilizer, and correctly preparing articles can effectively reduce the incidence of wet packs.
