Objective To investigate the correlation between inflammatory indices and disease activity in patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Methods According to Bath Ankylosing Spondylitis Activity Index (BASDAI), 60 patients with AS were divided into 36 active groups and 24 stationary groups. The laboratory indexes of 2 AS patients were compared and compared with 30 healthy controls Compared. Results There was no significant difference in ESR, CRP, IgA and IgG between active group and active group and normal control group (P <0.01), but no significant difference between WBC, PLT, IgM, C3 and C4 (P> 0.05) There was a positive correlation between CRP, IgA and BASDAI (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between IgA and ESR and CRP (P <0.01). Conclusions In addition to ESR and CRP, IgA can also be used as a laboratory marker reflecting the activity of AS disease.
