激光冲击处理是利用激光诱导的高幅冲击波对材料表面实施改性的一种新技术。经激光冲击后,金属表面存在一定形式分布的残余压应力,残余压应力的存在能明显提高金属抵抗疲劳的能力。本文分析了激光冲击处理的基本原理和残余应力的形成过程,着重讨论了激光冲击处理过程中各种参数对残余应力场的影响,从而能更好的理解激光冲击处理后金属表层残余应力的分布特点,以及各种工艺参数对残余应力影响的一般规律。
Laser shock treatment is a new technique that uses laser-induced high-amplitude shock waves to modify the surface of materials.
