本文通过与镦粗对比,揭示出摆动辗压的变形特点。所用试件既有圆盘形也有长棒状,模具既有平板式、垫环式,也有可分式半模。实验表明摆动辗压不仅比顶镦所需总压力小十倍以上,分模力也小五倍左右。本文用电测法研究了薄件摆辗产生中心开裂的原因及防止措施。
In this paper, we compare the upsetting to reveal the deformation characteristics of swing rolling. Specimens used both disk-shaped and long rods, both flat-panel mold, pad ring, but also separable half-mold. Experiments show that swinging not only than the total pressure required for heading ten times less pressure on the die-off is also about five times smaller. In this paper, the cause of the central crack caused by the thinner roller and the preventive measures are studied by the electrical measurement method.
