针对于目前交叉口普遍采用的四相位控制方式带来的副作用,提出在可用面积较大的交叉口运用涡旋式交叉口的设计方案,将左转机动车变成另一个方向的直行机动车,消除左转机动车在交叉口产生的冲突点,变四相位为两相位控制,从而提高交叉口通行能力和减少延误。对涡轮式交叉口进行了介绍,并以一个具体交叉口为例进行分析,结果表明,运用涡轮式交叉口设计后,交叉口通行能力得到大大提高,车均延误明显减少。
In view of the side effect of the four-phase control method commonly used in the current intersection, a design scheme of using a swirl crossing at a large available intersection is proposed to turn a left-turning vehicle into a straight-ahead vehicle in another direction , Eliminate the left-turning vehicles at the intersection of conflict points, change four-phase control for two phases, thereby enhancing the intersection capacity and reduce delays. Turbine intersection is introduced and a concrete intersection is taken as an example for analysis. The results show that after the design of the turbine intersection, the traffic capacity at the intersection has been greatly improved and the vehicle delay has been significantly reduced.
