The greatest regret of the history of global trade in the 20th century is that China, one fifth of the world’s population, has long been denied entry to the WTO. The greatest honor in the history of global trade in the 20th century is none other than the unrelenting marathon of 13 years between China and the United States In the negotiations, it was possible to complete the historic agreement beneficial to the world, to China and to the benefit of the next century in the impossibility of exceeding the deadline in a few occasions. ─ China has joined the WTO. This will have a tremendous impact and challenge on the society, economy, culture and science and technology of China in the future. At the same time, e-commerce is the darling of the new birth of the 20th century. It is also standing on the threshold of the WTO and not knowing how its fate will go when it steps into this dream door. Yes, the WTO has come. A new wave of broadband construction in the telecom industry is going on in full swing. All this indicates that the winter of e-commerce may go away and the spring season of flowers bloom. Although this is a possibility. But we can not but excited.
