目的:建立茯苓中去氢土莫酸HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack C_(18)(150 mm×6.0 mm,10μm),流动相:乙腈-四氢呋喃-5%醋酸(65:3:32),流速:1.0 ml.min~(-1),检测波长:242 nm。结果:去氢土莫酸在0～0.8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率98.6%,RSD 2.3%。结论:该方法分离效果好、准确、重复性好,可用于茯苓的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determining the content of dehydrogenated terephthalic acid in the middle part of Fujian province. Methods: The column was Shim-pack C_(18) (150 mm×6.0 mm, 10 μm), mobile phase: acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran-5% acetic acid (65:3:32), flow rate: 1.0 ml.min~(-1) ), Detection wavelength: 242 nm. RESULTS: The linear relationship between dehydroturmosin was good in the range of 0-0.8 μg (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 98.6%, and the RSD was 2.3%. Conclusion: The method has good separation effect, accuracy and repeatability, and can be used for quality control of earthworms.
