硬岩掘进装备典型关节的接触刚度精确描述是其掘进过程中动力学分析的关键。针对重载情况下硬岩掘进装备中的圆柱铰和球铰关节,基于Hertz接触理论和Winkler弹性接触理论进行含间隙的典型关节接触刚度建模与分析,通过有限元模型比较验证了TBM掘进机含间隙的典型关节接触刚度解析模型的适用性。结果表明:相同载荷下圆柱铰和球铰的接触刚度随间隙的增大而减小,相同间隙下随着载荷的增大而增大。间隙小于0.5 mm时Winkler接触理论可以更好地描述关节接触界面刚度,而间隙大于0.5 mm时,基于Hertz接触理论可以更好地描述关节接触界面刚度,该结果可以为硬岩掘进机动力学分析提供指导。
The precise description of the contact stiffness of a typical joint in hard rock tunneling equipment is the key to the dynamic analysis during its excavation. According to the Hertz contact theory and the Winkler elastic contact theory, the joint stiffness model of the joint with gap is established and analyzed. The finite element model is used to verify the TBM boring machine Applicability of Analytical Model of Contact Stiffness with Clearance. The results show that the contact stiffness of the cylindrical hinge and the ball joint decreases with the increase of the clearance under the same load, and increases with the increase of the load under the same load. When the clearance is less than 0.5 mm, the Winkler contact theory can better describe the stiffness of the joint contact interface, and when the clearance is greater than 0.5 mm, the joint contact interface stiffness can be better described based on the Hertz contact theory. The result can be provided for the dynamic analysis of the hard rock roadheader guide.
