目的观察脑动静脉血管畸形。方法对９８例动静脉血管畸形，进行颈内动脉插管脑血管造影。结果能充分显示脑动静脉畸形的供血动脉、引流静脉及畸形血管团，如经股动脉插管行全脑血管造影连续摄片，更能详细显示畸形血管染色深静脉系统的形态及血液动力学的改变，对细小血管畸形病变更能满意显示。结论对拟行畸形血管切除术的病例，可提供更多的手术信息，是一个较有价值的检查方法。
Objective To observe the cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Methods 98 cases of arteriovenous malformations, internal carotid artery catheterization angiography. Conclusion It is a more valuable method to provide more surgical information for the cases of congenital vascular anomalies.
