根据最新颁布的《公路桥涵施工技术规范》要求,以粉煤灰、硅灰、减水剂、膨胀剂、消泡剂和纤维素为原材料,配制一种预应力孔道压浆剂。采用一种新方法对预应力孔道压浆剂的综合性能进行评价以实现对配合比的优化。利用数理统计中的变异系数法计算权重,分别赋予预应力孔道压浆剂的流动度、力学性能和膨胀率3种参数在配合比设计综合效应中的权重,并采用功效系数法将3种参数统一为无量纲的单一指标,根据计算出的指标大小评价所设计的预应力孔道压浆剂的综合性能。正交试验结果表明,采用功效系数法可以准确地评价预应力孔道压浆剂的综合性能,优化结果满足《规范》要求。
According to the newly promulgated “highway bridge and culvert construction specifications,” with fly ash, silica fume, water reducer, expanders, defoamers and cellulose as raw materials, preparation of a prestressed pore pressure grouting agent. A new method was used to evaluate the overall performance of prestressed portholes in order to optimize the blending ratio. The orthogonal test results show that the comprehensive performance of prestressed porthole grouting agent can be accurately evaluated by the efficiency coefficient method, and the result of optimization meets the requirements of “standard”.
