1992年4月至1999年2月应用以威猛（VM－26）为主的联合化疗方案治疗脑转移癌对例，为探讨其疗效，现总结如下。方法病例资料：本组23例脑转移癌患者，均经病理组织学或细胞学检查确诊。其中男性历例，女性7例，年龄22岁～71岁，中位年龄52岁。肺癌脑转移18例，乳腺癌脑转移2例
From April 1992 to February 1999, a combination chemotherapy regimen based on Mighty (VM-26) was used to treat metastatic brain cancer. To investigate its efficacy, the results are summarized below. Methods Case data: 23 cases of brain metastases in this group were diagnosed by histopathology or cytology. Including males, 7 females, aged 22 to 71 years old, median age 52 years old. 18 cases of brain metastases from lung cancer and 2 cases of brain metastases from breast cancer
