今年,是全面贯彻落实党的十五大和十五届三中全会精神,认真实施跨世纪发展战略的关键一年,也是喜迎建国50周年和澳门回归的一年,具有特殊意义。做好今年的各项工作特别是经济工作意义重大,影响深远。根据中央和全省经济工作会议精神,结合我区实际,我们确立了“扩大内需,促进增长;调整结构,提高效益”的经济工作思路,提出了国内生产总值增长9％的奋斗目标。为确保这一目标实现,我们将从以下几个方面努力,全力以赴抓好今年的经济工作。 (一)加快基础设施建设,刺激消费需求,进一步扩大内需,促进经济快速增长。面对国际金融危机的影响
This year is a crucial year for implementing the spirit of the 15th CPC Central Committee and the Third Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee in an all-round manner and conscientiously implementing the strategy of transcentury development. It is also a year of welcoming the 50th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the return of Macao. It is of special significance.
