国际著名传感器专家、美国CASE大学教授葛文勋博士,应邀受聘中国仪器仪表行业协会传感器行业协会高级技术顾问及沈阳仪器仪表工艺研究所高级技术顾问,于一九八八年七月一日至五日在沈阳讲学。 葛文勋博士是美国传感器技术创始人之一,也是国际传感器协调委员会及国际传感器学术会议的主要创始人之一,1983～1985年任国际传感器协调委员会主席;主持了1983和1985年两届国际传感器会议;在固、态传感器的设计理论、发展研究、关键工艺等方面有很高的造诣,在国际上享有很高的声望。 本文是葛博士在沈阳讲学报告的节选,他的讲学受到国内传感器专家的好评,现发表出来供读者学习、参考。
The world-famous sensor expert and Dr. Ge Wenxun, a professor at CASE University in the United States, were invited to be appointed senior technical consultants of the Sensor Industry Association of China Instrument Industry Association and senior technical consultant of Shenyang Institute of Instrumentation Technology from July 1-5, 1988. Shenyang lectures. Dr. Ge Wenxun is one of the founders of sensor technology in the United States and one of the major founders of the International Sensor Coordinating Committee and the International Sensors Conference. He served as chairman of the International Sensor Coordinating Committee from 1983 to 1985 and chaired two international sensor conferences in 1983 and 1985. In the solid and state sensor design theory, development research, key processes and other aspects of high attainments, enjoy a high reputation in the international community.
