测试了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢深冷处理后的残余应力、硬度和抗弯强度随回火温度的变化。结果表明:深冷处理后,随着回火温度的升高,残余压应力减小,440℃时应力最小,之后有小幅回升;随回火温度的升高会出现二次硬化现象,硬度值在440℃时取得极大值,之后反向;抗弯强度值在回火温度较低时变化率较小,回火温度较高时,抗弯强度随回火温度的升高显著增加。随着回火温度的升高,W6高速钢的性能逐渐改善,回火温度在440~560℃之间时,W6高速钢残余应力和硬度的性能较优,考虑到抗弯强度的影响,在此温度区间回火温度越高,综合力学性能越好。
The residual stress, hardness and flexural strength of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel after cryogenic treatment were tested with the change of tempering temperature. The results show that after cryogenic treatment, the residual compressive stress decreases with the increase of tempering temperature, the stress is the smallest at 440 ℃, and then increases slightly; the secondary hardening occurs with the increase of tempering temperature, The maximum value was obtained at 440 ℃, and then reversed. The flexural strength value was lower when the tempering temperature was lower, and the bending strength increased remarkably with the tempering temperature when the tempering temperature was higher. With the increase of tempering temperature, the properties of W6 high-speed steel gradually improve. When the tempering temperature is between 440 and 560 ℃, W6 high-speed steel has better residual stress and hardness. Taking into account the influence of flexural strength, The tempering temperature in this temperature range is higher, the better the comprehensive mechanical properties.
