目的 探讨nm 2 3/NDPK癌基因在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 采用免疫组化SP法 ,对 40例胰腺癌组织及 10例正常胰腺组织进行nm 2 3/NDPK癌基因检测。结果 40例胰腺癌组织中有 2 6例nm 2 3/NDPK表达阳性 ,占 6 5 % ;10例正常胰腺组织中仅 3例nm 2 3/NDPK表达阳性 ,占 30 % ,两者有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。低分化腺癌nm 2 3/NDPK阳性表达率明显高于高分化胰腺癌 ( 10 / 11,90 .9% ;2 / 8,2 5 % ;P <0 .0 5 )。其nm2 3/NDPK表达阳性与淋巴结转移密切相关 ( 10 / 14 ,71.4% ;6 / 1931.5 % ;P <0 .0 5 )。提示胰腺癌nm 2 3/NDPK表达与淋巴结转移及肿瘤侵袭性呈正相关 ,与癌组织的分化程度呈负相关。结论 nm 2 3/NDPK表达可作为胰腺癌恶性程度及预后不良的生物学指标之一。
Objective To investigate the expression of nm23/NDPK oncogene in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect nm23/NDPK oncogenes in 40 pancreatic cancer tissues and 10 normal pancreatic tissues. Results Of the 40 pancreatic cancer tissues, 26 were positive for nm23/NDPK, accounting for 65%; of the 10 normal pancreatic tissues, only 3 were positive for nm23/NDPK, accounting for 30%. There were significant differences between the two groups. (P <0. 0 5). The positive rate of nm23/NDPK expression in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in well-differentiated pancreatic cancer (10 / 11,90.9%; 2 / 8,25%; P <0.05). The positive expression of nm23/NDPK was closely related to lymph node metastasis (10 / 14, 71.4%; 6/1931.5%; P <0.05). It was suggested that the expression of nm23/NDPK in pancreatic cancer was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis and tumor invasion, and negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation of cancer tissue. Conclusion The expression of nm 2 3/NDPK can be used as one of the biological indicators of malignancy and poor prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
