目的:研究不同生长年限、种苗分级及结种部位的素花党参种子质量,得到最佳种子质量的生长年限、种苗分级及结种部位,为素花党参种子的规范化生产提供依据。方法:进行不同生长年限和种苗分级的素花党参的栽培实验,测定其全株和不同结种部位的种子发芽率、发芽指数、千粒重、生活力,根据4个种子质量指标差异评价种子质量。结果:一年生种子质量指标均优于二、三年生,但空秕率高、产量低;不同生长年限的种子除生活力外均有极显著差异。一级种苗种子千粒重显著高于二、三级种苗;三级种苗种子质量较差,且种植后党参产量低;不同种苗分级的种子仅千粒重有显著差异。总体上一、三年生中部和二年生上部的种子质量较好,一、二、三年生下部的种子质量较差,不同结种部位的种子质量差异不大。结论:一年生和三级种苗的素花党参不建议留种;二、三年生和一、二级种苗的素花党参及其不同结种部位的种子均能达到素花党参种子质量标准,可以留种。 OBJECTIVE: To study the seed quality of Corylus-seniorrhizium in different growth stages, seedling classification and seed-setting site, and obtain the best seed quality growth period, seedling classification and seed-setting site, and provide the basis for the standardization of seed production. Methods: Cultivation experiment of Corylanthus scoparium with different growth years and seedling grading was conducted. Seed germination rate, germination index, 1000-grain weight and vigor were measured in the whole plant and the different seed setting sites. Seed quality was evaluated according to the difference of 4 seed quality indexes . Results: The annual seed quality indicators were better than two or three years, but the empty rate is high, the yield is low; seeds of different growth age except vitality are extremely significant differences. The 1000-grain weight of primary seeds was significantly higher than that of the second and third seeds. The seed quality of the third-grade seedlings was poor and the yield of Codonopsis pilosula was lower after planting. The seeds with different seedling grading had significant difference only in 1000-grain weight. Generally, the quality of the seeds in the middle and the second year of one-year and three-year-olds was better, the quality of the seeds in the lower part of the first, second and third year was poor, and the difference of the seed quality was not significant among the different parts. CONCLUSION: The annual and three-grade seedlings of Corydalis ginseng are not recommended to be planted. The seeds of two-year and three-year-old and primary and secondary seedlings, Can stay kind.
