汽车发动机排气岐管所处的使用条件恶劣 ,国内该部件所用材质通常为HT2 50及少量的蠕墨铸铁 ,随着汽车尾气排气标准的不断提高 ,发动机的工作温度愈来愈高 ,传统材质已不能满足为达到环保标准需要的使用性能。本文讨论该材质的应用现状和通过合金化及控制组织来提高材质的使用性能和寿命。
The conditions of use of the exhaust manifold of the automobile engine are harsh. The material used in the domestic part is usually HT2 50 and a small amount of compacted graphite iron. With the continuous improvement of automobile exhaust gas standards, the working temperature of the engine is getting higher and higher. Material can no longer meet the environmental performance standards required to use performance. This article discusses the current state of the material and the use of alloying and control structures to improve material properties and life expectancy.
