秘书学是高校秘书专业的主干课,也是学生对秘书职业系统认知的首要课程.它不仅关系到学生对秘书职业知识的获取、操作技能的掌握,还关系到他们系统专业知识的建构和适应社会能力的培养.传统的秘书学,不注重师生在教学中的交往,不注重激发学生的主体性,把学生看成接受知识的容器,进行填鸭式教学,使学生在死板、枯燥的教学情境中机械地接纳知识,其结果是压抑了学生的个性,弱化了学生的求知欲,阻碍了学生的创新思维,影响了学生的社会化发展和素质的提高.
