平板玻璃企业如何通过“抓管理,上等级”,全面提高企业素质,是一个新课题。根据粗略的调查研究和部分企业的探索,我们认为,要抓好企业的升级工作,必须认真解决好以下几个问题: 一、要树立正确的指导思想通过升级工作,既可巩固和发展过去企业整顿的成果,又可完善和深化企业的改革;既可推动技术进步,培养各种人才,又可提高产品质量,降低消耗,增加经济效益。企业上等级总的战略目标是赶上国际先进水平。然而,现在有的企业过分热衷于升级后的优惠条件,似乎不重奖就调动不了升级的积极性,有的片面强调本企业的某些不利因素,要求上级在制定企业标准时给予照顾;有的还把这次企业升级与过去的评先进混为一谈,认为矮子里面总要拔出几个“将军”。这些都应克服。

The results of rectification can also improve and deepen the reform of the enterprise; it can not only promote technological progress, train various talents, but also improve product quality, reduce consumption, and increase economic efficiency. The overall strategic goal of the enterprise is to catch up with the international advanced level. However, some companies are now too keen on the preferential conditions after the upgrade. It seems that the enthusiasm for upgrading cannot be mobilized without revaluation. Some of them emphasize the unfavorable factors of the company and require superiors to take care when setting corporate standards. This time, the enterprise upgrade was confused with the advanced evaluation of the past, and it was thought that there were always a few “generals” inside the dwarf. These should be overcome.
