目的 将微量元素谱的非线性映射用于矽肺病研究。方法 以白银公司职工为研究对象。分析42 份Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期矽肺患者和41 份健康人发样中Cr 、Zn 、Mg 、Al、Cd 、Cu 、Se 、Pb 、As 、Mn 10 种元素。取50 份为训练集、33份为预测集。通过权重与相关分析缩减为6 参数和5 参数组, 用非线性映射作模式识别。结果 分类清晰的映射图。结论 微量元素谱的非线性映射技术在矽肺病研究中具有应用前景, 但微量元素的选择应考虑具体环境。
Aim To use the non-linear mapping of trace element spectra in the study of silicosis. Methods Baiyin company employees as the research object. The contents of Cr, Zn, Mg, Al, Cd, Cu, Se, Pb, As and Mn in 42 samples of stage I, II and III silicosis and 41 healthy controls were analyzed. Take 50 copies as the training set and 33 as the forecast set. Through the weight and correlation analysis reduced to 6 parameters and 5 parameter groups, using non-linear mapping for pattern recognition. Results clearly classified map. Conclusion The nonlinear mapping technique of trace element spectrum has the application prospect in the study of silicosis, but the selection of trace elements should consider the specific environment.
