记者近日获悉,截止到今年3月底,中科院事业单位基本上已实现了全员聘用合同制。中科院还全面实施了“按需设岗、按岗聘任”的岗位聘任制。岗位聘任制度打破因人设岗的传统框框,停止了过去所有专业技术职务任职资格的评审,以及职员靠工作年限按部就班晋升的习惯做法。在未来5年,中科院将利用国家10亿元人才专项资金,从国外引进500名优秀的学科带头人。

Chinese Academy of Sciences has also fully implemented the “on-demand post, according to post appointments,” the post appointment system. The post appointment system breaks the traditional framework of setting up posts by individuals and ceases the assessment of the qualifications of all professional and technical positions in the past as well as the habitual practice of staff members who step by step according to their working years. In the next five years, the Chinese Academy of Sciences will use 500 million yuan of special funds from the state to introduce 500 outstanding academic leaders from abroad.
