产生于工业化时代的传统行政组织以问题分解和分工部门化为解决问题的主要方式。这种行政组织对结构简单、要素间联系性较小或相对独立的问题是有效的,但对于解决生态文明时代的各类社会公共问题却面临一系列困境。为化解这种困境,本文提出了行政组织结构生态化改造的建议,并分析了生态行政组织结构的内涵、特征及生态化改造的途径。
The traditional administrative organizations that emerged in the era of industrialization are the main ways to solve the problems with the solution of the problems and the division of labor division. This kind of administrative organization is effective to the problem of simple structure and less inter-factor connection or relative independence, but it faces a series of difficulties for solving all kinds of social public problems in the era of ecological civilization. In order to resolve this predicament, this paper puts forward the suggestion of ecological transformation of the administrative organization structure, and analyzes the connotation, characteristics and ecological transformation of the ecological administrative organization structure.
