采用多弧离子镀技术在锆合金表面制备纯Cr涂层,利用扫描电镜(SEM)与Image J图像处理软件综合分析了纯Cr涂层的表面形貌,并对表面大颗粒的尺寸和数目进行了统计和分析;采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)对涂层的相结构进行了分析;利用划痕仪和电化学工作站分析了气压对纯Cr涂层膜基结合力和耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:随着气压的升高,纯Cr涂层表面微坑缺陷减小,大颗粒数目和直径呈明显下降趋势,膜层结合力及耐腐蚀性增大。纯Cr涂层沿(110)晶面择优生长,1.6 Pa时,涂层的结合力达到最大值26 N,耐蚀性最佳。
Pure Cr coating was prepared on the surface of zirconium alloy by multi-arc ion plating technology. The surface morphology of pure Cr coating was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Image J image processing software. The size and number of large particles The phase structure of the coatings was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer (XRD). The influence of air pressure on the adhesion and corrosion resistance of pure Cr coatings was analyzed by using a scratch tester and an electrochemical workstation. The results show that with the increase of gas pressure, the defects on the surface of pure Cr coating decrease, the number and diameter of large particles decrease obviously, and the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coating increase. The pure Cr coating preferentially grows along the (110) crystal plane. At 1.6 Pa, the coating has the highest binding strength of 26 N and the best corrosion resistance.
