河南省洛阳荣康医院是河南省民政厅直属的民政优抚医院,从2007年被民政部确定为社会工作人才队伍建设试点单位以来,在河南省民政厅的领导和指导下,结合医院实际情况,对社会工作人才队伍建设进行了有益的探索。医院社会工作经历了从无到有,从弱小到壮大的发展过程,社会工作人才队伍已经建立,同时探索出了一条适合医院实际情况的社会工作发展道路。
