不锈钢是一种难加工材料,由于它具有耐酸、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、耐热等优点而被广泛应用,其钢种亦随之增多,被较多地用于小型精密零件的有奥氏体不锈钢303、316L。本文介绍使用微型钻头对这些难加工材料进行精密小孔加工的情况。1、微型钻头的材料与热处理钻头用的材料有高速钢和硬质合金,鉴于微型钻头需具备较高的韧性及考虑钨的资源,微型钻头多用钼系高速钢SKH 9、SKH55。其中SKH 9的成份(%)如下:C:0.8~0.9,Si:<0.4,M:<0.4,P:<0.03,S:<0.03,Mo:4.5~5.5,W:5.5~6.7,V:1.6~3.2。
