目的:为先天性肺动脉狭窄扩张术和肺移植术选择与受体肺动脉直径相配的供体提供解剖学基础。方法:游标卡尺测算108例成人尸体的两侧肺动脉心包内段的直径。结果:左、右侧肺动脉直径分别为13.1±3.0mm、16.3±3.5mm,两直径相比,有显著性差异(t检验P<0.001);男性组和女性组相应侧肺动脉直径无明显差异(t检验P>0.5)。结论:左、右侧肺动脉狭窄应分别将其直径扩大到13.1±3.0mm、16.3±3.5mm,肺移植术应以选择与受体同性或异性的同一侧肺为供体
OBJECTIVE: To provide an anatomical basis for the selection of donors matching pulmonary artery diameter for congenital pulmonary stenosis and lung transplantation. Methods: Vernier calipers were used to measure the diameter of the pulmonary artery pericardium in 108 adult cadaveric corpses. Results: The diameters of the left and right pulmonary arteries were 13.1 ± 3.0 mm and 16.3 ± 3.5 mm, respectively, with significant differences between the two diameters (t-test P <0.001). The male and female groups The corresponding diameter of the pulmonary artery no significant difference (t test P> 0.5). Conclusion: Left and right pulmonary artery stenosis should be expanded to 13.1 ± 3.0mm in diameter and 16.3 ± 3.5mm in diameter.
