采用线性方程组的分光光度法测定痤疮灵中甲硝唑、氯霉素的含量。在278um和320um处测吸收度，平均回收率甲硝唑为100．7％±0．54％，氯霉素为98．9％±1．01％。该方法简便、快速，结果满意。
Spectrophotometry with linear equations was used to determine metronidazole and chloramphenicol contents in hemorrhoids. Absorbance was measured at 278um and 320um. The average recovery rate was 100.7% ± 0.54% for metronidazole and 98.9% ± 1.01% for chloramphenicol. The method is simple, rapid and satisfactory.
