Meningeal metastasis of primary cancer in any part of the body is called “meningeal cancer.” In the past that the disease is clinically rare, prenatal diagnosis more difficult. It was reported that meningeal cancer accounted for 3.75% of the nervous system metastases, a slight increase in recent years, however, meningeal cancer caused by blindness is even more rare. Jerome, who reported 68 cases of patients with loss of vision in only 1 case, the literature dedicated to discuss the causes of vision loss has not yet been seen. Now in our hospital in the first half of 1989, 3 cases of meningeal carcinomas caused by blindness are reported as follows. 1 patient in 3 cases, 2 males. Age respectively
