身体任何部位的原发癌发生的脑膜转移称为“脑膜癌”。以往认为此病临床罕见,生前诊断更困难。有人报道脑膜癌占神经系统转移癌的3.75％,近年来略有增多,然而脑膜癌引致失明者更属少见。Jerome等人报道的68例患者中有视力丧失者仅1例,对于专门论述视力丧失原因的文献尚未见到。现将我院1989年上半年收治的3例脑膜癌引致失明的患者报告如下。 3例患者中女性1例,男性2例。年龄分别为 Meningeal metastasis of primary cancer in any part of the body is called “meningeal cancer.” In the past that the disease is clinically rare, prenatal diagnosis more difficult.
