目的探讨影响医学院校大学生生活事件的特点,为高校学生心理健康辅导提供理论依据。方法采用生活事件评定量表(ASLEC),对某医学院校大一至大四年级369名学生进行随机抽样调查。结果最近1年内生活事件发生频度较高的依次是远离家人(86.4%)、学习负担重(84.8%)、考试失败(82.4%)、被人误会(76.4%)、家庭经济困难(75.1%)等。各生活事件应激量表在男女生之间大多存在差异,且男生大于女生;在不同年级之间差异有统计学意义,人际关系方面大四年级相对较好;而健康适应方面其他3个年级明显好于大四年级。结论大学教育工作者应根据大学生生活事件的特点有针对性地进行心理健康教育,以提高医学生的心理健康水平。
Objective To explore the characteristics that affect the life events of college students in medical colleges and provide a theoretical basis for the psychological counseling of college students. Methods Using Life Events Rating Scale (ASLEC), a random sample of 369 students from freshmen to seniors in a medical college was conducted. Results The most frequent living events in the recent 1 year were away from family members (86.4%), learning burden (84.8%), exam failure (82.4%), misunderstanding (76.4%), family financial difficulties (75.1% )Wait. There were significant differences in life stress scales among boys and girls, and there were more boys than girls; there was significant difference among different grades, and the fourth grade in interpersonal relationship was relatively good; while the other three grades in health adaptation Obviously better than the senior year. Conclusion University educators should be based on the characteristics of college students life events targeted mental health education to improve the level of mental health of medical students.
