目的 了解EB病毒、人乳头瘤病毒 16 / 18型及人巨细胞病毒与北方低发区鼻咽癌病因的关系。方法 采用PCR技术检测 37例石蜡包埋的鼻咽癌组织及 2 0例鼻咽慢性增生组织中 3种病毒的特异性基因片段。结果 EB病毒基因阳性检出率为 83 78% ,其中A型 75 6 8% ,B型 8 10 % ,无复合感染 ,两型比较有显著差异 ;HPV 16型基因检出率为 8 10 % ;但HPV 18型及HCMV基因均未检出。对照组中 3种病毒的基因片段均未检出。结论 低分化及未分化NPC与EBV A型感染关系密切 ,分化好的NPC可能与HPV 16感染相关。
Objective To understand the relationship between Epstein-Barr virus, human papillomavirus type 16/18 and human cytomegalovirus and the etiology of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in the northern part of China. Methods 37 cases of paraffin-embedded nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of nasopharyngeal chronic hyperplasia tissues were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results The positive rate of Epstein - Barr virus gene was 83.78%, of which 75.68% in type A and 8-10% in type B, without complex infection. There were significant differences between the two genotypes. The positive rate of HPV type 16 gene was 81.0%. However, HPV 18 and HCMV genes were not detected. The control group of three kinds of virus gene fragments were not detected. Conclusion The poorly differentiated and undifferentiated NPC are closely related to EBV A infection. Differentiated NPC may be associated with HPV 16 infection.
